Nooo! I absolutely love cold weather, I can not live in places which are hot but cold truly fits me. The only problem with it that designers don't really make nice looking cold weather clothes.
But I must say. That I found a way to manage in this cold with a dress. Just wear 2 layers of thick wool stockings and many knitted shirts!
